EMI Shielding Products & Coating Services

Six product families covering conductive substrates, foil, carbon-based materials, tapes and functional coatings. Every line can be adjusted to your target resistance, thickness and durability — specification by specification, not catalogue by catalogue.

About the data below: values shown are typical capabilities of our coating and laminating lines. Because most orders are developed to customer specification, final figures — surface resistance, thickness, adhesion, shielding effectiveness — are confirmed in the technical data sheet issued with your quotation. Send us your target and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Conductive Coating Service (Toll Coating)

We coat conductive, flame-retardant and functional layers onto conductive fabric, non-woven, copper foil, aluminium foil and PET film. Formulations are made in-house as pure water-based systems, so adhesion, flexibility and coating weight are controlled together rather than traded off against each other.

  • SubstratesConductive fabric, non-woven, Cu foil, Al foil, PET
  • ResistanceDown to ≤ 50 mΩ/sq, to your target
  • CoatingIn-house water-based, custom thickness
  • OptionsAlcohol & abrasion resistance, low release force, high-temp, anti-fingerprint
  • FormatRoll, sheet, slit width to drawing

Applications: EMI gaskets, cable wrap, grounding layers, flexible circuits, die-cut shielding parts.

Conductive Fabric

Metal-plated and carbon-coated textiles built for shielding layers that still have to move, fold and compress. Our water-based topcoat protects the conductive layer so resistance stays stable through handling, humidity exposure and repeated flexing.

  • Base fabricPolyester, nylon and other wovens
  • Conductive layerCopper / nickel, silver or carbon systems
  • Resistance≤ 50 mΩ/sq available, customised
  • DurabilityAbrasion, alcohol, anti-fingerprint options
  • FormatsRolls, slit rolls, sheets, die-cut parts

Applications: Shielding gaskets and wraps, EMI clothing and enclosures, cable shielding, grounding cloth, equipment linings.

Conductive Non-woven Fabric

Where weight, softness and compressibility decide the material, non-woven wins. We apply conductive or flame-retardant coatings to non-woven substrates for cushioning gaskets, gap fillers and lightweight shielding layers.

  • SubstrateNon-woven, various basis weights
  • CoatingConductive or flame-retardant, water-based
  • ResistanceCustomised to application target
  • PropertiesConformable, compressible, low lint
  • ExtrasAdhesive backing, lamination, die-cutting

Applications: Cushion gaskets, enclosure seam filling, battery pack insulation layers, automotive interior shielding, HVAC and appliance EMC.

Copper Foil & Aluminium Foil

Coated and laminated foil materials for grounding, reflection and high-frequency shielding. We supply bare, coated and adhesive-backed constructions, slit to your width so you can run them straight onto your line.

  • MaterialsCopper foil, aluminium foil, laminates
  • ThicknessCustomised to drawing
  • CoatingConductive, anti-oxidation, flame-retardant
  • AdhesiveConductive or non-conductive acrylic
  • FormatRolls, slit widths, sheets, die-cut

Applications: Transformer and inductor shielding, cable and harness wrap, PCB grounding, RF module shielding, EMI cabinets.

Nano Carbon & Graphene EMI Materials

Carbon-based shielding for designs where metal foil is too heavy, too stiff or too corrosion-prone. The graphene and nano-carbon series combines electrical conductivity with thermal spreading and absorption behaviour in a thin, light layer.

  • MaterialsGraphene series, nano carbon coatings
  • FunctionShielding, absorption, thermal-electrical coupling
  • CoatingWater-based, on flexible substrates
  • AdvantageLow weight, corrosion resistant, thin build
  • FormatRolls, sheets, custom coating service

Applications: Lightweight portable devices, battery modules, aerospace and UAV electronics, heat-plus-EMI combined layers.

Shielding Tapes

Conductive fabric tape, copper foil tape, aluminium foil tape and double-sided conductive adhesive tapes. Used to close seams, bond shielding layers and create a low-impedance path to ground without redesigning the enclosure.

  • TypesFabric tape, copper foil tape, aluminium foil tape, double-sided conductive
  • AdhesiveConductive acrylic, custom coat weight
  • CarrierFabric, Cu foil, Al foil, non-woven
  • OptionsLow release force liners, high-temp grades
  • FormatLog rolls, slit widths, die-cut shapes

Applications: Seam and joint sealing, grounding paths, cable shielding repair, display and module assembly, EMC rework.
