Yes. Most of our projects start from a target value rather than a catalogue item. We can work down to 50 mΩ/sq and also supply higher-resistivity grades where the application needs them. Send the target value and the test method your team uses, and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
Samples are provided free of charge for qualified industrial enquiries; the buyer normally covers courier cost. Tell us the substrate, target resistance and quantity so we can send a sample that is actually representative of production.
We accept small-batch trial orders. The practical minimum depends on the substrate and coating construction, so please share your expected volume — trial and annual — and we will quote both together.
Sample lead time is short because formulation, coating and testing all happen in the same facility. We confirm the exact schedule with the quotation, and we will tell you immediately if a custom formulation needs additional development time.
Our coating systems are self-developed pure water-based formulations. Our materials have been tested by CTI, an independent laboratory, for RoHS, REACH SVHC, halogen content and California Proposition 65 — the reports are available on the certificates page. If your market requires a different standard, tell us which one and we will confirm whether we hold it or arrange the test.
Yes. We routinely develop against customer drawings and specifications, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share technical files.
Besides conductivity and thickness, we tune alcohol resistance, abrasion resistance, low release force, high-temperature resistance and anti-fingerprint performance. Give us the property and the test standard and we will formulate against it.
Yes. We support OEM and ODM requirements including private labelling, custom widths and slit sizes, project-specific packaging and documentation sets. TDS and test reports are issued with supply.
